(EX-THE PRODIGY)

Leeroy Thornhill

Leeroy Thornhill was a founding member of The Prodigy, spending a decade touring the globe and helping shape the band’s explosive live identity.

• In 2001, he left the group to focus on his solo career — launching the project Flightcrank, whose debut album featured remixes by Maxim, Adamski, Lee Scratch Perry, Mad Professor, and Genaside 2. This marked the beginning of his evolution from dancer to full-fledged producer and vocalist.

• He joined forces with DJ Hyper to form the band HYPER — releasing the critically acclaimed albums “We Control” and “Suicide Monday”, both featuring Leeroy on vocals. These records blended breakbeat, rock, and electronic elements into a bold new sound.

• In 2016, Leeroy teamed up with Marten Hörger to create Smash HiFi — a multi-genre outfit whose debut album “Order More Disorder” featured artists like Kym Mazelle, Lexie Lee, Ka, MC Sirreal, and The Legionnaires. Tracks from the album were featured in a KIA car ad, and the band performed at major festivals including Glastonbury.

• He’s remixed tracks for a wide range of artists — including The Ting Tings, Darren Emerson, David Gray, Dr. Doom (Kool Keith), Maxim, and the Dub Pistols. His remix style blends gritty basslines with funk, electro, and old-school breaks.

• Leeroy’s solo releases on Get Hype Recordings — including “Wait For Me”, which hit #3 on Beatport — showcase his continued relevance and creative fire. Remixes by The Prototypes, Adamski, and Smooth added extra punch to the release.

• His DJ sets reflect a wide musical palette — mixing fresh new sounds with classic edits and old-school samples, often rooted in Miami bass, breaks, and electro-funk. He’s known for reading the crowd and delivering high-impact, genre-spanning performances.
