Djs From Mars

Djs From Mars launched their project in 2003, after producers Luca Emanuele Ventafridda (Ventafunk) and Massimiliano Garino (Aqualuce) met at Bliss Corporation, the label behind Eiffel 65. They had already been producing under different aliases before teaming up officially.

• Their style blends mash-up culture with EDM — a 360° fusion of genres layered with their signature “Alien” basslines and beats. They began remixing pop and rock hits for fun, which quickly earned them a reputation in the bootleg scene.

• Their YouTube videos surpassed 70 million views — helping them become one of the biggest names in mashup culture. The hype around their bootlegs continues to grow, drawing fans from across the globe.

• Labels worldwide took notice — leading to official remixes for artists like Sean Paul, Pitbull, Fragma, Ciara, and even Ennio Morricone. Their U.S. manager Jason Nevins helped open doors to major collaborations.

• Their tracks are supported by top-tier DJs — including Tiesto, David Guetta, Carl Cox, Laidback Luke, and Paul Van Dyk. In 2013, they earned a spot in the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs, marking their global recognition.

• In 2015, they starred in Gillette’s “Shave Forth” campaign — the ad hit 18 million views in just weeks. Their visibility skyrocketed, and their signature cardboard box heads became iconic.

• With over 120 shows per year, they’ve toured across five continents — including residencies at Flamingo Pool in Las Vegas. They’ve played everywhere from Brazil to Japan, and nearly every country in Europe.

• In 2016, they shifted toward original productions — releasing tracks on Deorro’s Pandafunk label and landing in the Beatport Electro House Top 100. This marked a new chapter beyond bootlegs and remixes.
