Alex Gaudino

Alessandro Alfonso Fortunato Gaudino better known as Alex Gaudino, was born in Salerno, Italy. He began his music career working for Flying Records and UMM, and in 1998, with support from the Italian label Time Records, he founded his own label, Rise Records. The label quickly became home to hits by artists such as The Tamperer, Black Legend, and Robbie Rivera’s Bang, earning him a nomination for Best European A&R at the 2000 European Music Awards in London.

In 2005, Gaudino gained international recognition when the Lil’ Love track Little Love, produced by Jerma, was exclusively played by Pete Tong at Nikki Beach in Miami during WMC. The track topped the UK Dance Chart after its release on Positiva Records. In 2006, he signed with Ministry of Sound UK and released tracks including Reaction and Head Over Heels.
